Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RASM WEDDING AND EVENTS , we understand that wedding planning is a significant commitment. This policy outlines the terms under which payments are refunded in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.


1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of  is required to secure your wedding date and initiate planning services.

  • The remaining balance is due in accordance with your service agreement, typically split into milestone payments.

 


4. Cancellation by Planner

In the rare case we must cancel:

  • You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

  • We will assist in referring alternate planners where possible.


5. Force Majeure / Acts of God

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions that make your wedding impossible to conduct:

  • You may choose to reschedule at no additional cost, or

  • Receive a partial refund, minus services already rendered or costs incurred.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Planning consultations, design work, vendor coordination already completed.

  • Vendor deposits or fees paid on your behalf.

  • Any services already delivered up to the cancellation date.


7. Refund Processing.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days via your original payment method.

    The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.


8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied or believe there has been an error in applying this policy, please contact us at [email protected] for a resolution within 14 days.


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version applicable to your booking is the one in place at the time of deposit.
